1. Please travel in the bus with a valid ticket and pay the correct fare. Tickets shall be made available at the ticket windows of UPSRTC or on-board by conductors. Keep your ticket safely till the completion of journey, it has to be produced for checking by checking authorities. Please destroy the ticket after completion of journey, if you do not need it. TICKET LESS TRAVEL IS A PUNISHABLE OFFENCE.

2. Please vacate the reserved seats for MPs / MLAs / Freedom fighters / Press Reporters / Ladies / Disabled persons, etc. on their arrival. Further, it is requested that seat may please be offered to old people if they are standing and seats are not vacant.

3. Please do not accept ANY EATABLES from unknown persons. Take adequate safeguards for your luggage and beware of pick pockets. If you observe any suspicious object or person, please do not touch it, it may be dangerous. Please also inform the UPSRTC officers & staff regarding the same for required immediate action.

4. Please do not talk with the driver while driving or sit on his right side or ask him to drive faster or put any part of your body outside the moving bus. This could be very dangerous and cause accidents.

5. Please do not smoke in the bus, it is a punishable offence.

6. Please assist us to keep the buses and bus stations clean. The Officers & staff of UPSRTC are at your service please help them to serve you better.
