Sir; please make smart card recharge convenient by starting online recharge system as it worked for metro cards

Open card for UPSRTC should have an option to be recharged by the same machine from which travel ticket is printed (the one which bus conductor has). While balance can be deducted from the card, so it can also be inserted back into the card. The process should be flexible enough for card recharge like buying a travel ticket only. Process: I give money for card recharge to conductor and he should top-up my card for the same amount. For this ticket machine should be updated. Benefit: The user doesn't need to visit the bus stand for top-up. Also, there are issues with online recharge of these cards. This should be sorted ASAP.

Dear Sir , I woud like to inform you that i was travel date 11.03.2017. Noida to Etah by bus No- UP16 P 9095,issue begin when bus has been stuck near by sec 136 noida on expway time around 5.30 PM, there is no help till 8.30 i called Noida depot RM but he is not help till 8.30. He was very rude, finally bus not start and i was very scared also there was number of family who looking for help form noida depot, finally some one call PCR(100) then thy come and arrange alternate bus. हमेशा की तरह, जैसा हर त्यौहार पर होता है। आनंद विहार बस अड्डे से अलीगढ के लिए एक भी बस नही है। जितनी बस हैं वो सब प्राइवेट बस है। वो खुल कर कहते है कि हम यंहा upsrtc वालों को त्यौहार पर पैसे देते हैं। जिससे वो रोडवेज बस अंदर ना लाये। क्या इस पर कोई सुनवाई होगी। अलीगढ डिपो के इंचार्ज तो सबसे महान आदमी है। उस बन्दे का कभी फ़ोन ही नही मिलता। आपका टोल फ्री नंबर, उसके तो कहने क्या, एक काम करो उस नंबर की बत्ती बनालो। फिर बत्ती का क्या करना है पता होगा ही। धन्यवाद। शर्म हो बाकि तो कुछ काम कर लो। घूस खोरो।

मैं प्रतदिन उ प परिवहन निगम की बस में सफर करता हूँ। मैंने ओपन एन्ड इ पर्स स्मार्ट कार्ड बनवा रखा है। पर नॉएडा व ग्रेटर नोएडा डिपो की आधी से ज्यादा बसों में टिकटिंग मशीनों में कार्ड नॉट फाउंड बताता है।कार्ड में बैलेंस होने के बावजूद पैसे देकर टिकट लेनी पड़ती हैं। निगम की स्कीम का कोई लाभ नही हो रहा है।खुल्ले पैसो के लिए रोज कंडक्टर से झिक झिक करनी पड़ती है। कृपया करके इस समस्या का समाधान करे।

Worst service between kaiserbagh and biswan during morning office hrs. Conductors namely sandeep singh, deshraj and vivek running buses between 7:45 and 8:15 am are forming a group and ensure thry will not cross each other enroute. Corruption is rampant as daily commuters dont pay entire ticket amount as thry are issued tickets for a short distance rather than full.This results in revenue loss to govt n time loss for us. Kindly take note
